We use PostNord or La Poste when shipping to international customers. The delivery time is from 2 to 10 days depending on which country you are ordering from. Note that PostNord orders are fully insured by PostNord. After the parcel is expedited you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is from www.postnord.se or from www.laposte.fr. International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us , please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
Here are our different freight costs. We offer free shipping for any EU country when not on sale, during the sale season the shipping is 6€ for EU countries. For the rest of the world shipping is always 10€.

Returns and Exchanges
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. The refund will be done within 14 days.
