Shipping

We use La Poste when shipping to international customers. The delivery time is from 2 to 10 days depending on which country you are ordering from. You’ll receive a tracking number when we ship your order, and you’ll be able to track it on https://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel If you have a problem with your parcel we’ll be happy to help you. Outside EU you may have to pay taxes. To learn more about this, please contact your local custom authority.

Shipping Costs

Here are our different freight costs. We offer free shipping for any EU country when not on sale, during the sale season the shipping is 6€ for EU countries. For the rest of the world shipping is between 10 and 20€.

france – free shipping when not on sale, 4€ during the sale season other eu countries –free shipping when not on sale, 6€ during the sale season rest of the world – 10 € for small leather goods, 20€ for bags

in france, the delivery time is 2 to 3 days. for europe and the rest of the world it’s between 2 and 10 days depending on the country. if you encounter any delivery issue, do not worry, we’ll do everything in our power to find a solution. you can contact us by email or by phone.

Returns and Exchanges

our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. you can open the package and have a look but the product must be returned brand new. you must inform us by email before dispatching the return on your own. Our customer service will strive to respond and confirm the request as soon as possible. After our confirmation of the exchange or return, the package(s) must be sent to us within 7 days following the confirmation date. items returned without our confirmation will not be accepted. any requests or returns falling outside the above time frame ( 7 & 14 days) will not be accepted. the Customer will be informed of this by email.

The full packaging must be sent back without any damage. we will check that everything is in order when we’ll receive your return and you’ll be able to choose between an exchange or a refund. return shipping costs are not covered by laperruque and need to be paid by the customer. if you notice any external damage before opening the package, please take a picture and send it to us. if you consider the product is defective or stained, please take a picture and send us an email. In case of a refund, you’ll receive it within 14 days. if you want to exchange it for another product, please let us know so we can save it for you as soon as possible. shipping costs for the second shipment are not covered by laperruque. send your return to:

for parcels returned from outside the european union, please indicate on your custom declaration that it’s a return of no commercial value. If we have to pay custom fees for receiving your return, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus the costs incurred (additional fees, VAT, and customs duties).
